Terms & Conditions

• XPEL will refer participating XPEL Dealer to Customer.   Customer is responsible for scheduling appointment with XPEL Dealer. 
• XPEL acts as Trustee of funds received for payment for the installation of XPEL window on behalf of our XPEL Dealer. Upon completion of the installation, XPEL, as Trustee, will remit funds to XPEL Dealer at agreed upon rates for work performed and remit funds to Tesla at agreed upon rates. Any remaining amount will be kept by XPEL as a referral fee. 
• The contract for the provision of the services by the XPEL Dealer selected by Customer is between Customer and the XPEL Dealer. 
• Customer will work with XPEL Dealer to resolve any disputes and/or warranty related claims 
• As part of our service, we may share certain customer information with Tesla Inc, who referred you to us. This information may include: 
  • Vehicle Data: Details about your vehicle, such as make, model, and year. 
  • Product Data: Information about the products and services you purchased from us. 
  • Customer Data: Your name, contact information, and any other relevant details necessary for the dealer to provide follow-up services. 
• This sharing of information is intended to ensure that you receive the best possible service from both our company and Tesla. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handle your data in accordance with applicable US privacy laws.
