Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is XPEL Australia PTY LTD ("Promoter"), located at 4/2 Holker Street, Newington NSW, Australia, New South Wales (NSW), Australia. Contact: XPEL Australia

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to all Australian residents except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, the immediate families of the Promoter and any agencies or companies associated with this giveaway.

Entry Requirements:

        • To enter, participants must complete the online entry form available via link from www.speedcafe.com, providing their full name, address, phone number, email address, and answering the question.  
        • Scan the QR code at the XPEL activation or XPEL Bathurst 12 Hour Club at Mount Panorama between January 31st and February 2nd and complete the online entry form found at xpel.com.au, providing their full name, address, phone number, email address and answering the question.  
        • Each person is allowed one entry only. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. 
        • Incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway opens at 9:00 AM AEDT on Tuesday, 28th January 2025, and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Monday, 3rd February 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prize: The prize is one (1) Racing Helmet signed by Scott McLaughlin valued at approximately $2000 AUD. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection:

        • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries via a computerised draw conducted at Newington on 4th February 2025. 
        • The winner will be notified via email within 48 hours of the draw. 
        • The winner’s name will be published on XPEL social media platforms, Speedcafe.com, and Speedcafe social media platforms within 7 days of the draw.
Prize Claim:
        • The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize within this timeframe may result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner being selected. 
        • The prize will be sent to the winner via courier to the address provided by the winner.
Liability:
        • The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants or for any technical issues that may prevent entry. 
        • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all liability for any loss or damage suffered or incurred by the winner or any other party in connection with the prize or this giveaway.
Privacy:
        • Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and notifying the winner. 
        • The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
General Conditions:

        • By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be contacted by XPEL Australia PTY LTD for promotional purposes or updates related to their entry. 
        • By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
        • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms or is deemed inappropriate. 
        • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control. 
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
